This program is a blend of Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai styles, which utilizes arm and leg strikes from various positions and ranges. The stance and application of techniques differs for each style.
A progressive Striking Curriculum;
- Boxing: Stance, Footwork, Motion and Positioning. Offensive Punches and Defensive Blocks, Slips, and Counters.
- Kickboxing: Stance, Combinations and Kicking techniques. Defensive Blocks, Checks, Covers and Counters.
- Muay Thai: Stance, Close range strikes of Knees and Elbows. The Thai Clinch and Counters for MMA.
At the end of this class you will have the option to cultivate your technique and skills in a controlled environment utilizing drills, live situations and sparring. Simultaneously improving your fitness and flexibility while having fun. Anyone who is not safe will not be permitted to participate and sparring is 100% voluntary.
